He was able to give me an accurate estimate of the timeline of when the new part was going to be ordered, arrive and the service completed. He was able to do some kind of quick fix to keep the fridge running until the new part arrived and we really appreciated that. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a technician for high-end brands like Subzero, Wolf or Thermador.

Art is the best. Very honest, quickly identified the problem with the refrigerator (bad LG compressor). He said "Don't waste your time... 99% it's the compressor. Others will tell you they need to stop by and take a look. They'll charge you too... I'm telling you the truth and don't want to rip you off." "Even if the compressor is under warranty, the labor, parts, and materials will be over $1200. Go buy another fridge." Art thank you for being honest!

Art came in, and within 15 minutes fixed the giant refrigerator leak I've been having. He only charged me the service fee, and didn't try to upsell me. That would have been easy - the refrigerator is 30+ years old. Thank you for an easy fix and transaction.
