Toms Appliance Svc

Our window AC unit is having some problems. Although they do not work on window AC units, the gentleman on the phone was very friendly, provided excellent customer service, and was still able to help us as we described what was going on with our unit. We have a one month old and it’s summer time, but thankfully it’s a rainy day in Redding. If I ever need an appliance repaired I will call here. Thank you so much!

5 STARS FOR BRAD! I can't say how happy I am that my husband found Tom's Appliance Service! We had a horrible experience with our Lowe's warranty provider so we reached out to Tom's and Brad came and fixed the problem. He was so professional and kind and experienced. On top of that, our appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and they had earlier availablity and proactively called to ask if we wanted to be seen sooner. They were able to fit us in today (Friday) and in no time our dryer is back in shape and we can do laundry this weekend! He checked to make sure everything was working before he left and put it back together nicely. Just grateful for how quick, professional and communicative they were and how wonderful Brad was to work with. We will be using Tom's Appliance Service in the future for all our appliance needs.
