They beat the big box store prices. They have an awesome selection. Dinged one star because they are weeks out on sending repairs for the washer I bought from them and it’s under warranty. This means several weeks wait for someone to come out and tell me they need to order parts. Already went through this with my Dryer. As a loyal customer I don’t feel like weeks out on warranty work is acceptable. Hire more workers to diagnose and get parts ordered please

I am way beyond being impressed by Carmona's. From sales to delivery, installation and haul away I give these folks 10 stars if available. After dealing with other items that we had to do, due to if 1 thing fails, another 2 happens, I was lacking patience with salesmen who were overbearing. Carmona's answered questions, provided needed information and made it easy. The delivery people were not only helpful but extremely pleasant.

“Read all the bad YELP reviews before shopping at Carmona’s” Joe is all about the money and could care less about the consumers!!!! He hides behind the curtain. Runs a crooked business. UPDATE: Now comes the "UNETHICAL BRIBERY" from Carmona's. Tuesday March 24, 2026 Carmona's sent a service technician to replace the parts on our washer and dryer. The dryer parts were replaced and during my discussion with "Chris" the service tech we did decided to try less soap in the washing machine and see if it stops the noise before tearing it apart and replacing parts. The following day, I washed a light load and when I went to dry them, the dryer was making the same horrible noise after having the parts replaced. I reached out to the service tech and sent him a video of the dryer, making the horrible noise, even without nothing in the dryer. Because this has been an issue since day one when we bought them, and we have been given the biggest run around and lied to now for 4 months. I requested that we returned the washer and dryer and buy a different brand (speed Queen). I just want a working washer and dryer!!!! Thursday March 26, 2026 Lewis Clark, who sold me the washer and dryer called and offered to give us $1200.00 for the new set we just paid $2216.75 for! In return, we return the washer, dryer, pedestals. *PLUS!!! LEWIS TOLD ME, "YOU ALSO HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR YELP REVIEW".******** I told Lewis we were NOT going to accept $1200.00 for a defective washer and dryer we paid $2216.75 for. What "really upset me" is, I felt like I was being bribed into removing my "HONEST YELP REVIEW" and "UPDATES". Bribery is illegal!!! When removing a review on Yelp, Yelp asks, "if you were offered a refund or other compensation to remove this review". In a world with so much corruption. I REFUSE to be a part of it!!!! We are now contemplating looking into a Civil matter in court to get the resolution we feel will be fair to us as a consumer.

On 1/25/26 my Husband and I bought a Refrigerator at Carmonas and we are very happy with It. Our sales man was Frank Male. He was really knowledgeable of the frig. He is a nice and friendly guy. On 2/3/26 our refrigerator was delivered. The to guys.that delivered the frig. Were Very nice and friendly. They installed the refrigerator . And cleaned up and left. Another good experience with the 2 guys. . Thank you Carmonas for great service. You long time customers Dennis and Annie

My warranty company tried to schedule me with them. They never showed up. I called the next day and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She stated they cannot schedule for them and they are booked out three weeks. I don't know what to tell you. I called whirlpool back and the lady called them again. The lady from whirlpool also concurred that the woman was extremely rude to her as well. She then got me set up with Bart's appliances and they were very friendly and accommodating and will be here in two days. I do not recommend them because their phone attendant lacks proper customer service skills and is very rude. If you don't mind being snapped at and long wait times go ahead.
