Frank’s Appliance

Have not had the best experience with the washing machine we purchase from Frank’s in Visalia. The technician came out today to install a piece that needed to be replaced so that the fabric softener would dispense. When he (the technician) opened the box to the part, it was broken then he said he would have to reorder the part and come back out ( 3rd time coming out now). We purchased this machine new and have had several issues so far since purchasing it. I called and spoke to a representative by the name of Judy to let her know what happened and about the inconvenience and to see what some options were. She said she understood and the options she mentioned were to bring the washing machine back, ourselves ( another inconvenience) and pick out another washing machine or wait to until the part came in. I understand it was not her fault nor anyone’s for that matter. I do believe the option to bring the machine back on our time was inconsiderate and an inconvenience and I cannot say I would recommend this appliance store to future patrons.

Just wanted to take a moment to give a well deserved “Thank You” to Mike at FranksAppliance. He is always a very kind gentleman who truly cares about his customers. This is the third time I have called him about obsolete appliances over the last couple years. No matter how busy he may be- he always comes through with running down an obsolete part or repair - even though at this point - the unit may be out of warranty and the parts may be scarce. Franks will get ALL of my business on the future remodel of our kitchen!

Just delivered and installed our new oven microwave combo. We are really happy with the sales service. We have been buying appliances for Franks for years. They have always taken great care of us. They have great deals in the scratch and dent warehouse. And in the showroom. The Kitchen Aid Refrigerator and Oven microwave combo are our latest purchases.
