They have cute little carts for kids! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I asked a lady to help me find my stuff and not only did she help me find it she put it in my cart. Best customer service in town! Will definitely be back for my needs.

This hardware store always has a great staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have some hard to find parts that you can't find at Lowe's or Home Depot. They also have cute decorations and other items.

Best hardware store I have been to and I have been to so very many hardware stores. Just what I needed today, with selection, assistance via customer service looking for the right screw set on an older dinning chair I am repairing. I did not want to replace all the hardware and I was able to find the right screw, washer, and lock washer to finish my furniture repair project. Thank you Nelson’s ACE hardware of Visalia!
