You can trust them and what they say is necessary to do which can be difficult with appliance repair companies. I had an outstanding experience with Sam Appliance Repair. I called Friday evening around 6:18 PM about our refrigerator, which had stopped cooling. Sam was extremely responsive and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day. Even though I had a prior commitment, he insisted on coming in the morning to personally assess the problem. He quickly diagnosed a faulty fan and replaced it on the spot, providing a 3-month warranty for parts and labor. Later that same day, the refrigerator stopped working again. Since it was the weekend, I couldn’t reach him immediately, but on Monday morning, I called, and Sam promptly scheduled a same-day appointment. He arrived on time, diagnosed a failed main board, ordered the replacement, and returned two days later to fix it, without me needing to follow up. The refrigerator has been working perfectly ever since, and he offered a 1-year warranty for parts and labor at a very reasonable price. Sam is polite, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. I feel lucky to have found him, this is exactly why he deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Sam!

The refrigerator is now working perfectly.
