Thank you Ryan McElroy Showroom Manager at Universal appliance and kitchen center - We found this place after doing numerous research and being directed to this facility . What we needed or desired was not available at the time . To our surprise, through Ryan’s experience and knowledge we got a deeper education and understanding of another model - that would better serve our new home and future cooking experience! What struck me exceptional was his handling care for the products that could potentially be in one’s home - and towards the business itself . A second recognizable attribute was his knowledge In his profession and ability to inform . Thank you for a wonderful experience and taking pride in what you do. we searched and searched various stores for the appliances that had the features we were looking for. After getting in touch with Ryan that search was made easier. He is very knowledgeable about the various high end brands and was able to sort through the "fluff" and help us decide based on facts. He is easy to work with and personable. I would use his Expertise again and recommend him 10 times over. The appliances we purchased are blue stars 36"fridge and a 48" platinum gas range. Both have met my expectations and are very well made.
