SAM Appliance Repair did a great job repairing my refrigerator after Sears left me hanging for over a month. Roman came and diagnosed the refrigerator and the next week Alex came and replaced the condenser. I wanted to make sure everything was working and so far I have a working refrigerator. Nice and cold. I would tell everyone now to stay away from warranty companies and find a good repair shop like Sam Appliance and Repair. It was a big job and it was costly, but cheaper than buying a new fridge. I will be calling them in the future for my appliance care needs.

Sam’s Appliances is a very reputable company that I highly recommend. Their communication is excellent. They are always punctual and get the job done. You can trust them and what they say is necessary to do which can be difficult with appliance repair companies. Vlad and Sam are two of the smartest best technicians I have yet to meet in the industry. Thanks guys for always doing such a great job!!!!

Our GE built-in refrigerator stopped cooling, and other companies gave us high prices without even checking the unit. Then we found Sam Appliance Repair, and Sam came personally. He inspected everything carefully, explained the problem clearly, and gave us a fair price. They rebuilt the sealed system — replaced the compressor, evaporator, and heat exchanger — and gave us 3 years warranty on parts and labor. The refrigerator works perfectly now! Very honest, professional, and knowledgeable company. Highly recommend!
