Salesmen were very helpful to get me the best price. The problem was that the salesmen will not return calls despite leaving multiple messages. This can be more than a minor inconvenience - when your appliances are delivered, you have 48 hrs. to let them know if there is something wrong with your appliance - whether it is dented or something doesn't work. When I called to report an issue, I never got a call back. A convenient way for them to not have to deal with the issue - leaving me with an appliance that has a feature that doesn't work.

So many brands and models on the floor to look at and have a chance to compare interiors and all features. They have many more than any other store in Marin. The prices are great, sale or no sale. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Everything is explained, and if you have specific requirements and specific brands, you will only be shown those and also told about any new models that are coming out, as well. Very, very satisfied.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with our decision to go with Homewise (formerly Airport Appliances). We purchased both a Fisher and Paykel refrigerator and a Bluestar range through them and have experienced issues with each. While I completely understand—and can appreciate—delays due to damaged products needing replacement, what has been far more frustrating is the lack of customer service from our sales representative, Amos Mathews. We have been left with a refrigerator without door panels and handles for over a month, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, we have not received a returned phone call. We had also considered TeeVax in Santa Rosa and ultimately chose Homewise because we wanted to support a Marin-based business. Unfortunately, that decision is one I now regret and would not make again. I hope this review helps others make a more informed choice for their future purchases
