Horrible, they sell discontinued/factory second appliances they know are damaged to the point of inoperable and their service person that came out to repair the problem was both rude and didn't fix anything. If you manage to get an appliance replaced they will just bring you another barely working or broken one as replacement. The place is a total scam.

As most of us age out, and fewer of us thinking about repairing or fixing and appliance... These guys are doing it from dawn till dusk. Take a moment, consider not only how you could save a few bucks but also keep fewer things out of the landfill! It's all good all around!

I used them when my dryer went out and they came and fixed it for $150, I thought that was a fair price. Today I called them to fix my oven, my igniter when out.... A 15minute job cost me $240. He got the job done but, I think that's really expensive!!

My oven went out in the middle of baking a Corned Beef on a Holiday Weekend. I called them and they were actually here with in an hour of calling. It was determined that it was cheaper to replace the whole unit with a refurbished one. They were able to have a replacement from their inventory back out here in an hour and a half, had it completely installed within the next hour after getting it up many stairs and took the old unit with them. They were Quick, Courteous, and Professional. I would recommend them to Everybody! They also have great prices on refurbished units!
