There was never any pressure—just honest advice and exceptional customer service. I purchased a commercial Oreck vacuum, and I'm very happy with the quality and performance so far. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly knows the products they sell and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right solution. Michael Schenkman the owner of three Oreck stores has always take excellent care of me. I have Three Orecks, And I gave one to my parents. I take my unit yearly to Oreck to get serviced and I always get impeccable service. He always has a big smile. I got my first vac in 2011. I even bought some for gifts! Come to think of it, it's time to get my serviced, it's February! LOL.

UPDATE 5/16/25: Love coming here. It’s an experience. I learn a lot from Michael. He is fair and honest. I trust his judgment. I now have two really good upright Oreck vacuums. Quality products and service. Prices are reasonable. Worth every penny. Thank you Michael and staff. Michael and staff are great. I traveled from Chino to come to this Oreck shop. Came in to have my vacuum serviced but decided to trade it in and upgrade it. Really happy I did. Michael took good care of me. He is extremely knowledgeable and his service is outstanding. Very nice guy. Super friendly. He did not push me or try to upsell me. Really pleased with my purchase and the service I was provided. I will be bringing my vacuum back in for the routine services.
