Right off the bat... bad experience even before getting a service. Whatever answering service/system they have, it's glitchy. After 7 tries, there was no way to record a voice mail or talk to a live person to simply make a first appointment for a diagnostic on a refrigerator. Either silent or long delayed queues with no response to leave a message or talk to anyone.
Makes you wonder about the great 5 star reviews being true customers. I say that because you can't get customers if you can't answer calls and get "customers calls"... right?🤔
**Addendum**
Finally got a live person after -count them- 12 tries. Fee to diagnose seemed a little steep considering we're a mile away. Be that as it may. Will follow up if we decide to go through with a house call frm this service.
**Follow up**
It's not any better... they list themselves as "Huntington Beach local" but I get a call from a Rancho Chunk-O'phlegm -a.k.a. Rancho Cucamonga- number simply to tell me that the tech from H.B. is not with them any longer. Wait... so "Mr. Appliance of H.B." is NOT in Huntington Beach?!
I guess the highly rated tech "Hector" is no longer with them. I wonder why? I'd love to hear an explanation please...
