Worse place to call for your appliances repairs. Hugo is a liar. Took the parts for my refrigerator and supposed to buy the new ones, then after several calls he said that he got the wrong parts yet never bothered calling to lmk, I gave him the benefit of the doubt another week goes by and again no phone call or answered my calls, finally I had to go get the parts from him. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I was being ridiculous 😡😡

We've called them several times over the last several years and always professional and on - time. They have repaired my wall oven, trash compactor and ice-maker in fridge. The drain line for freezer was freezing and flooding my kitchen and they quickly repaired without me having to buy a new fridge. I highly recommend them for all of the appliances.

Generally love this place and owner however have had the most horrible experience! I bought a refrigerator and they sold it!! Gave me another in place and this one has been a disaster. Stops working in the middle of the night, have to hit it to come back come on. Owner was supposed to repair or replace the entire refrigerator, it has been weeks now with no calls and no response to my calls.

Found a good refrigerator at a good price and the owner is a nice guy. . My complaint is they have a habit of showing up 30 minutes to 1 hour late when ever I requested to have then come over for servicing. Another issue is phone calls are hit and miss. Sometimes they answer phone other time it goes to voice mail but they don't call back. I would of gave them 5 stars if it wasn't for those issuees.
