The service was phenomenal from start to finish. In the store, Eddy Cortez was informative, honest, and efficient during the purchasing process. Setting up delivery for appliances was exceptionally easy. Delivery arrived during the guaranteed time window they offered. The person who delivered and installed my washer and dryer—I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name—was a pro through and through. He knew what he was doing, was honest about the process, made the necessary improvements and adjustments, and remained positive despite the strenuous labor and hot weather. I could not recommend their business more.

First time customer with South Bay Appliance and so happy with their product selection, price (they match) and service. Had a complicated delivery bcz we have an upside down floor plan and had to get the oven to second story kitchen. For the first delivery, the guys really tried to get the oven upstairs but the staircase was tight and unsuccessful. Second delivery attempt: Had to get a crane to hoist the new oven up onto balcony and then remove the old oven. Two delivery guys, the owner and crane operator working together. Success! The owner really cares about customers, worked to get best price for crane operator, the city to get the permit and me to make this happen. I really appreciate their honesty, communications and effort. These are good people, long time members (think decades) of the community and so refreshing to actually talk to a human, not a chat bot or email, for every interaction. Definitely will come back for next appliance purchase.

I had no idea that this appliance store existed! Thanks to my sister who found this store through her neighbor, I had the pleasure of meeting Randy who is just the absolute best! He was extremely patient with me, walking through several models of washers and dryers to fit into the tight space in my condo. Randy is very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the right product for my needs. Both Jose and Ramo, who delivered my items are very friendly and professional. I truly appreciated their delivery, installation, haul away and testing services! Thank you so much South Bay Appliances. My experience with South Bay Appliance was exceptional re: removal of my 30 year old refrigerator and selection, installation of my new one. Vince guided me through what measurements were needed and did the computer research to find viable options. It was delivered within less than 10 days. The two delivery men (Rudy and Jose) were skilled, efficient and very nice. They went above and beyond and I was so appreciative.
