I purchased a recliner for a good price. The motor needed to be replaced and Guzman Chapo The technician came to my house and replaced it right away. Thank you Guzman for going the extra mile to fit the issue and the great customer service you provided!! I am so happy with my recliner!! 😊

Guzman helped me find a recliner for my father in law. Not a salesman, not pushy. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable of the product line. Im from out of town and the warehouse was closed on the day I purchased but Guzman arranged to get it opened just for my pickup. I would go back for sure!

Very disappointing experience. Customer service was rude, specifically this guys Fawzi Saed, don’t know how is he even allowed to interact with customers. Overall atmosphere felt unprofessional and unhelpful. It was hard to get clear answers, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Be careful purchasing from them they have a no refund policy because they sell poor quality products… I purchased in cash a almost $4000 living room set that came broke I noticed right as unpacking it & called immediately to inform that the product was broken they gave me the email to someone who they say handles things of that nature I received no reply so by the 4th day I call the store and spoke to the Rudest lady who offered no solution & just told me that the lady that handled it is on vacation and will not be back for another three days & repeatedly kept saying like I said she’s on vacation like I said she’s on vacation like I said she’s on vacation and I question why do my couches to sit broken because she’s on vacation who handles that for her? She offered no solution and hung up in my face. Also it is privately owned so no one holds their rude employees responsible
