Very impressed with customer service, especially the help we received from Fabian. I was able to communicate with him via text and over the phone. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered on our new Cove dishwasher purchase. 5 stars for sure!

Shawn greeted me very professionally, handled my questions and then followed through with my wishes. Handled the invoicing and delivery smoothly. I’m am very pleased and will return when the need arises. However the delivery is still to come. If that happens within the parameters that we disgusted, I will be very happy…!! 👍😁

I was help by two exceptional employees, on two different occasions. Victor and Fabian were informative, helpful, knowledgeable and made both visits well worth our drive to the store as we live in Madera. We would and will recommend them and the store to everyone.

Lots of choices! Fabian, the manager greeted us immediately as we walked in. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He printed out a comparison of the two cooktops that we were contemplating which allowed us to see the specifications of each one and narrow down our search. He quickly ordered one for us. He assured us that if the price goes down in the next 30 days, we will get a price adjustment. Very impressed with the service, selection, and cleanliness of the store.

We highly recommend purchasing from Urner’s! Their prices are unmatched, hands down! Their customer service is also excellent. Kristi was amazing and she accommodated us so that our fridge was delivered on a specific date. The installation crew was respectful, patient, careful, and they explained everything in detail. They treated my home as if it was their own. Thank you!
