Walts TV & Appliance

Very dissatisfied. I purchased 6 TV's form Best Buy. Was promised delivery as soon as July 3rd. Scheduled them for a July 6th for delivery. When they were to arrive on the 6th, Two of the TV's were rescheduled for the 7th, later in the day they reverted back in "in transit" status. Called Best buy and the shipper to get more information, and AI kept putting me in a loop and then disconnecting the call and could never speak to a live person. Finally called the local Best Buy store, got in touch with a live customer service rep (who was not local) with Best Buy who told me there was nothing Best Buy could do because when I purchased online it goes through a "marketplace" and the actual supplier was Walt's TV & Appliance half way across the country and I needed to call them to cancel the order. When I called Walt TV & Appliance they told me they would not refund my money even though their current estimated delivery was July 13th after I had scheduled a team of installers to arrive July 8th and install all the TV's. After talking to the representative at Walt TV, he just hung up the phone after telling me to refuse delivery and they would take shipping and handling out of my refund. Ridiculous service for two very basic 75" Samsung TV's that are in stock locally. Buyer Beware. I will never to business with Best Buy again, and warn others considering Walt TV & Appliance about their business practices. They were not even willing to get on the phone with Best Buy and find a resolution. One of the TV's is currently still in stock 20 miles from me. I could go pick it up in 30 minutes.

Thank you Walts. I got a premium set of "used" klipsch bookshelf speakers from you on Amazon. They arrived three days early and in mint condition as advertised. The discount I received was substantial. I could not own these beauties with out it. Thanks so much for a great Christmas. I will buy from you again! Update: The bookshelf speakers have broke in nicely! I was so pleased I bought a pair of Atmos speakers with the used deal. They too arrived early and in pristine condition. They are breaking in, and sound fantastic! Thanks again Walts, I will be back. I still want the RP 8000 II's. I reached out to Walts on Monday interested in the new LG TV that was on backorder everywhere else and in order to get it installed I needed next day delivery. Let’s just say Matt went above and beyond and made sure that the TV was in my home the next morning. Service was impeccable! Highly recommend Walts! And not only that they have a six year warranty plan where most companies only offer 4 to 5 Years! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Just wow! From the purchase to the install and the follow-up afterward to ensure I was satisfied with everything - I am never returning to a big box store.
