Spencer's TV & Appliance

A friend recommended Spencer's TV & Appliance for the prices and service. She was 100% correct on both counts! Although I couldn't remember who she worked with, I was fortunate to meet Cris Drake. I appreciated his professional, no-pressure demeanor throughout the process. I liked his honesty and noticed his consistency. He meant what he said. There was NO "bait and switch" re: products' pricing. In fact, he clearly went over my invoice line by line and was patient discussing payment options. I left the store feeling great about my purchases and couldn't wait for delivery! That process also went smoothly. I was informed when delivery would take place, and the men were on time, efficient, professional, and they cleaned up well after installation. Cris Drake, being the awesome salesperson he is, called later that day to check if everything was to my satisfaction. It was. It is. I am happy to recommend Spencer's.

My first experience with Spencer's was a breeze. Everything went smoothly. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with my specific needs. Delivery of the new washer and pickup of old unit (at a very reasonable cost) by George and his assistant, was on time and efficient with great communication both from the appointment setter and for the actual delivery. Plus, they were both friendly, polite, and didn't leave a mess. The 2-hour delivery window was awesome, unlike some companies that keep you waiting longer. Being on a budget, I appreciate that the price was less than any competitor I have found around town. In the future I will definitely look to Spencer's first and will gladly recommend them! Thanks!

Had a fantastic experience with these guys. Our sales associate, Ian, was so insightful and really helped me feel confident with our decision. We purchased a washer from them yesterday. Ian took the time to go over all the brands, discussed all their pros and cons, along with his personal opinion right from the start. Then left us time to browse at our leisure to make a decision for ourselves. The prices definitely rivaled some that I had seen at Home Depot. And I believe the install and removal prices were cheaper than what I was quoted at Home Depot. So overall great to not have a ton of added costs on the back end. We purchased the unit on Sunday and it was delivered and installed in less than 24 hours!! Israel was our delivery and installing specialist. He was communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really appreciate all the help from everyone involved in our experience. Thank you, looking forward to knowing where to go if we need more appliances in the future.
