Our dishwasher quit working so David from B & B come over to look it over. David called and gave us a time that we could expect him and he was right on time. David listened to us, answered our questions respectfully. He appeared to be knowledgeable with the equipment and the replacements availability. Over all he was professional, respectful and a pleasure to do business with.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with B & B Appliances was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. To begin with, it took an entire week just to get scheduled for a washer repair. After finally getting an appointment, the technician showed up roughly three hours earlier than the scheduled time I was given. When I explained that I wasn’t expecting anyone that early, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, everything went downhill. I ended up speaking with the supervisor, Joe Banner, and his behavior was completely unacceptable. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to help, he became hostile, cursed at me, told me I should “fing stick to the schedule*” they had available, and then hung up on me while I was still talking. I’ve never been spoken to that way by someone in a customer service or management position. The company appears to be extremely disorganized. Waiting a week for service, having appointments not honored as scheduled, and then being treated with disrespect by management reflects very poor leadership and an obvious lack of professionalism. If this is how customers are treated when they simply expect the appointment time they were given to be honored, I can’t recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of appliance repair businesses that value their customers and know how to communicate respectfully. Unfortunately, based on my experience, B & B Appliances is not one of them.

This company does work for the Apartments I live in . Any time they do work they do not clean up after themselves selfs at all . Leaves there pieces of broken metal and screws left behind on the floor . Do not clean after themselves safety hazard with Metal pieces stuck in the bottom of our feet due to their negligence first incident , last incident just occurred. Had to get a new washer and dryer from this company. The guy dropped it off looking disgusting Filled with the dust , dirt marks . Looks like it was just brought out of a landfill and placed. Did not clean after themselves or clean the supposedly new appliance now I have to pay more for someone else to come clean up there mess . Half done job every time . As well no reach out or email for the issue just ignoring it .

Tu was absolutely excellent! He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully diagnose the issue with our washer and clearly explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. You could tell he really knew what he was doing. He worked efficiently, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely courteous, and Tu was both. Highly recommend him for anyone needing appliance service or repairs!
