Direct Discount Appliances

Had a great experience buying our washer and dryer here. The owner is super nice and friendly. They were not pushy to get a sale, gave us a lot of information, and answered all my questions to help me decide what to buy. This place is a gem, and I'm glad I found it. I can't recommend this shop enough—it's a must-visit for appliances!

Got a great deal on this washer! Karl, was fantastic and helpful & informative. Was able to get it delivered in just a couple hours in the same day! His delivery team was fast, efficient and very polite and professional. Why shop anywhere else for your appliance needs. Thank you to the guys, at Direct Discount Appliances

We are very happy with Direct Discount Appliances. The staff and customer service provided was amazing and the in store experience was very pleasant and no pressure was pushed to “buy something today.” The delivery experience was top notch. Kendal had to take our door off and the doors off the new refrigerator to get it in the house but did so very professionally without any damage. He was friendly and gave instruction on how to use everything we were not familiar with. We will definitely be back for future appliances!!!

Wow!! Walked in and was greeted by Kyle and Peter! Kyle, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products! The store is all brand new appliances, with some minor scratches and/or dents. When I say minor they are truely minor! Kyle explained the washer comes with a 1 year manufacture warranty. Gave us an amazing price on our top of the line LG washer. Highly recommended using these guys over any BIG box companies! Keeping small businesses thriving!

I recently purchased my new washing machine from Direct Discount Appliances, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find the perfect machine for my needs without any pressure. The washer itself has been amazing — it runs quietly, cleans my clothes incredibly well, and has plenty of cycle options for everything from delicates to bulky loads. The large capacity saves me so much time, and the high-speed spin cycle means my clothes come out almost dry. Delivery and setup were smooth and right on time, which made the process even better. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of the products they sell. If you’re looking for great prices, excellent service, and high-quality appliances, I highly recommend Direct Discount Appliances. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase!
