They were not pushy to get a sale, gave us a lot of information, and answered all my questions to help me decide what to buy. This place is a gem, and I'm glad I found it. We are very happy with Direct Discount Appliances. The staff and customer service provided was amazing and the in store experience was very pleasant and no pressure was pushed to “buy something today.” The delivery experience was top notch. Kendal had to take our door off and the doors off the new refrigerator to get it in the house but did so very professionally without any damage. He was friendly and gave instruction on how to use everything we were not familiar with. We will definitely be back for future appliances!!!

Wow!! Walked in and was greeted by Kyle and Peter! Kyle, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products! The store is all brand new appliances, with some minor scratches and/or dents. When I say minor they are truely minor! Kyle explained the washer comes with a 1 year manufacture warranty. Gave us an amazing price on our top of the line LG washer. Highly recommended using these guys over any BIG box companies! Keeping small businesses thriving!

Had a great experience at Direct discount appliances. I went in looking for a refrigerator and walked out with a cafe refrigerator and an LG washer. Ask for Kyle and he will take care of you.
