Horrible experience my mother is 56 years old lives right across the street from this place. She paid the fee 200.00 They delivered it within the hour my mom used it for the first time called him back to come and get it. He said he would be at her house at 1 PM didn’t come until 4 PM when he came, he told my mom that it was her fault. Then he tried to take the washer from the spot. It was in my mom was like no give me my money first he was like I will give you your money proceeded to grab the washer. My mom was like no give me my money. He hands her 180 she paid 200. She was like no I want my other 20 I didn’t break your washer. He tosses a 20 at her and says to stay away, never come back. mind you she lives right across the street with no vehicle so it was perfect to buy it from them she decided to give her business to a little startup company like Luna‘s appliances instead of going to a place where you can lease a new washer and dryer because she can’t really afford that so she decided to go a different route and got screwed in the end I don’t think this place should still be standing I didn’t have any pictures of the washer once it didn’t work. She didn’t want a second one.

Not Recommended at all Don't Let them fool you if you buy something from them make sure it gets tested and inspected. Cause they tell you upfront that the appliance are working perfectly and you trust their word and turns out to be a big fat lie. Then you call them to tell them that the appliance it's not working and they call you a liar even when you have the evidence ora video to prove it. And no refunds either.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We bought a fridge from them and the guy that delivered ended up damaging the fridge while bringing it in PLUS my wall. We took pictures and drove to the store and let the owner know infront of the delivery guy and the dude tried saying we were lying when it had just happened not even 10 minutes ago. Owner said for us to choose a new fridge and he would personally deliver it by Monday (it was a Saturday) Monday comes around and we waited all day at home and my husband ended up having to call him. His excuse was he had an emergency and he would deliver it the next day… next day comes again another excuse. He didn’t bring the new fridge until again we had to show up to his shop once more. Horrible customer service and very grimey people

Horrible experience we got a washer and in 2 weeks the washer broke down. They picked it up to fix it and they said it broke down because of me that it had coins. It's been almost 3 months and they kept saying the part was not there and then that the part was the wrong one then they said the owner left for an emergency and endless excuses. They brought me another washer for the meantime and that one only lasted a couple of days. Then they brought me another one and never did they bring me the one I originally bought. So I just told them to give me a refund and they didn't give me the full refund that because I used their washer. Really bad service don't even waste ur money or time with them it's all a scam....

Sold me a dirty washing machine and the dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes at all. I called to complain and kept getting the run around. I was told I couldn’t return the machines and I could go pick out “new” ones. I went in and came to an agreement that they would replace the plastic around the door because it was dirty and had mold stains and they would fix the dryer. The dryer came back with a broken door but it “works”. All they did with the washer was replace it with a used one. It was still dirty. Seriously considering placing a complaint with the state and/or Better Business Bureau.
