La Curacao

I was finalizing the purchase of a fridge. They said they didn’t have a new one so I was willing to take the one they had in display. They told me I could pick it up the next day and then when I went to pick it up they told me the price had changed. Not only that but they also said they broke the fridge so I couldn’t take it. They just told me lie after lie and it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve been fighting for my money back. Don’t trust this store

Daughter typing on behalf of my mother :) recently stopped by just to take a look around and ended up being helped by Noemy Guzman who helped us and we purchased a table set. She was very helpful in helping us getting a drop off time. We ended up going back once more and we had the luck of getting Noemy to help us once more- she explained the membership to my mom very well and remained patient while we debated couch sets and televisions and answered all my mom's questions. 😀 10/10 customer service!!!!

I was highly satisfied with my shopping experience. I was highly satisfied due to Fernando helping me right away with my purchase. I liked how he recommended a more better monitor for gaming and cheaper price. I also liked that he was very helpful with suggesting better payment methods. He was very patient and very kind with me and my boyfriend. I really appreciate Fernando for being the person to help us in our purchase.

I had such a great experience with Julia, the perfume sales rep! She was incredibly helpful and patient, letting me try a variety of different fragrances without feeling rushed. I shared a few of my favorite scents, and she did an amazing job introducing me to new ones that perfectly matched my taste. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her friendly, knowledgeable approach made the whole experience really enjoyable. I ended up leaving very happy - with several new perfumes and even a pair of sunglasses! Highly recommend asking for Julia if you get the chance. Great service all around.
