RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - ESPECIALLY AT THE HOME SHOWS!!
We saw a few of their units at one of the Valley home shows. Honestly, the units look very nice. The specific unit we wanted (as we already had an outdoor kitchen) was brand new including a setup for a TV. Super nice. With all of that said, I had some concerns if our HOA would approve the unit we would purchase. I put down a $500 deposit in Jan of 2025. Submitted the CAD drawings to the HOA, who approved it with restrictions... the major restriction being the unit we wanted was too tall. Without the ability to hang the TV, it did not provide much of an update over what we already had. Since the HOA declined the specific unit, I have been trying to get my deposit refunded.
In the year plus of this saga to date, they have NEVER ONCE RETURNED A PHONE CALL ABOUT MY QUESTIONS FOR THIS. They would call to ask if I was ready to install - once I explained the situation they hung up.
I cannot speak to the quality of the products or install - but we have the feeling this is not a reputable company. Based on my experience, I would doubt they would really stand behind their products.
In response to the post from the vendor:
No such proclamation was made at the time we paid the deposit, there was ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION THE DEPOSIT WAS NOT REFUNDABLE. No one would put down a deposit at a home show if they thought that was the case. In my specific case, the receipt specifically states that moving forward is dependent on approval from neighbors and the HOA. This simply was not honored.
Again, the only time I have heard from the company was to come build it... despite a period of over a year attempting to get this resolved. Not a single one of those calls was ever returned.. I stand by my initial post.
