Victor L was extermely knowledgeable, friendly, no hard sales! I show up a few minutes before close and he stayed late to make sure I was taken care of! We bought an induction cooktop for our new house and will look to add more! Cannot say enough good things about the experience. Thank you Victor!

I had a fantastic experience at Arizona Appliance and Home Outlet, thanks to Victor. From the moment I started shopping, he made the entire process simple, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Victor was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me answer questions about a beverage refrigerator without any pressure. What really stood out was how smoothly he handled everything from the purchase to the pickup. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure the pickup process was quick and hassle-free. It's rare to find customer service that feels both professional and personal, but Victor delivered exactly that. If you're shopping at Arizona Appliance and Home Outlet, I highly recommend asking for Victor. His excellent service turned what could have been a routine purchase into a great experience.

Picked up a sweet dishwasher at the Arizona Appliance & Home Phoenix Outlet location. Went in for a different one that I saw on the website but that one was sold. Victor Lopez at the outlet helped me find a really nice Frigidaire at a great price! Thanks Victor! Install and removal of the old dishwasher was $160 and they were able to get it done the same week. Fast, efficient install by team Dave/Sean/Adrien too! Thanks Arizona Appliance & Home Phoenix Outlet!! Highly recommend!
