In the past, I had a good experiences with this company and left a 5 star review. But now that my washing machine needs repairs and is covered under an extended warranty, the service has been non existent. Each time I have called over several weeks, I have been told a repair service will get in touch with me shortly. The first time, my phone number was entered incorrectly. Understandable. Subsequent calls. I am still waiting. I even called back explaining the exact part we needed after we paid for a diagnostic check. Within this same timeframe, we ordered an appliance we ended up cancelling within 24 hours because our needs changed. After two weeks, contacted someone at the company several times requesting a refund. Almost a month later, I contacted accounting to find out the manager never sent the paperwork to accounting. Thankfully, accounting began the refund on the spot. So, if you plan on ordering with AllSouth, keep all of your paper working and be prepared to work for any repairs you might need in the future. And if you have to get a refund for any reason, make sure you actually receive it even if they assure you several times it is in process.

From Diann’s help in selecting the right refrigerator to Jonathan and Ben’s expert delivery and installation work this was a first class experience. Removing the old unit was complicated but easy for these guys. Care was taken not to damage the hardwood floors during removal and installation. When they left they took every scrap of cardboard and packing tape with them. All they left behind was a shiny new refrigerator in perfect working order.

It was a great experience. The front office was very welcoming. Great selection. Sales person Karissa Porter was very professional with big experience. She give me options and plenty of information on some particular products. Waiting for some emails, tomorrow definitely would recommend all south appliances for your selection. And if you in birmingham AL and you need a salesperson, ask for Ms Porter

Very professional & southern friendly!! Emily & Amber were also helpful in trying to decide which models were best suited for us. Their expertise, truly assisted us in making our selection.
