I just purchased a new Speed Queen TC5 at Lewie’s Appliance and it was an exceptional experience! Although I already knew what I wanted, they had an abundance of inventory to browse (hassle-free). Each employee was courteous- they greeted me with a smile and hello as soon as the door opened and their kindness continued until I left the property! Erich was the salesperson who handled my order from the phone call two days before until I was completely satisfied with my decision and all questions were answered. He was laid- back, friendly, and very knowledgeable about each brand we discussed. His goal truly felt to be customer satisfaction and I appreciate that more than I could ever express! Great place for appliances and great staff!

Stephanie made this experience seamless. In less than 45 minutes, she introduced me to the store policies and price structure, helped me find the sort of appliances that I was looking for, and gave my family space to decide which specific appliances would best fit our budget and needs. After that, it was smooth as satin to pay for the appliances and arrange delivery. If I'm very lucky, I will never need to buy major appliances again. But if I do, I know exactly where I'm coming. Well done.

Heather was incredible to work with. She took the time to really understand what we needed and helped us find the perfect fit for our refrigerator. She was patient, never rushed us, and walked us through all the options so we felt confident in our decision. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting it right for her customers.
