Rachel Cherry was an absolute pleasure to work with. We walked in thinking it was an idea only trip…in a short time, we had information on several workable options, solid feedback on brands and performance, and multiple price points to consider. There was no high pressure sale…only great conversation and helpfulness. Their showroom is amazing and completely worth the visit. Rachel made a hard task of outfitting a second home a great experience!

I don't give out many over the top complimentary reviews but I'll make an exception. David and his crew installed a bunch of appliances today at my house. To say there were challenges is an understatement. Tight spaces. Holes that needed to be cut. Uneven floors. Countertops that had been incorrectly cut by other crews.Their crew was the utmost professional crew I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend and would specifically request David. Simply fantastic!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Alabama appliance store was extremely frustrating. When I was interested in purchasing my appliances the communication was good. After the delivery and installation with reported problems it was almost nonexistent. I had to make repeated phone calls in attempts to get my installation issues addressed. Rachel, my salesperson, only took my call when I called on the new customer line. When they installed my new appliances, they left a kink in the refrigerator water line and installed my washer and dryer unleveled and incorrectly. When I asked them to come back and fix it, I was told that “nothing could be done.” That turned out to be completely untrue. The manufacturer confirmed that these issues can and should be corrected, meaning the store either didn’t know what they were doing or simply didn’t want to address their own mistakes. Stating, “ The models on our showroom floor & in my home are not leveled.” I expected much better professionalism, communication, and accountability from a company selling and installing high-end appliances. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store based on my experience. *** REVIEW FOLLOW UP*** I responded to the alabama appliance owner who responded to my review via phone & email. After 2 weeks I have received no response. I have to pay $200 to have my washer & dryer leveled because the warranty doesn’t cover installation errors. After 2 months my brand new refrigerator still has issues from the improperly installed refrigerator. The ice maker stopped working. I’m stuck in a repair loop. It’s unfortunate, my installation process & response wasn’t like other reviews. My advice, make sure everything is right before the installers leave because they won’t comeback to fix it. They refer you to outside repair vendors that take weeks to get an appointment.
