Our Speed Queen washer and dryer were delivered, and when the two delivery gentlemen unboxed the washer, they discovered it had been damaged at the factory. They were incredibly professional and immediately assured us that the machine would be replaced. Unfortunately, they were unaware that this particular model was in short supply and unavailable in the warehouse inventory.
That's when Mike Luther, our appliance specialist, stepped in. Mike had already helped us select every appliance for our new construction lake home, and once again he exceeded our expectations. When it seemed impossible to find a replacement, Mike went above and beyond to locate a brand-new matching washer. He worked tirelessly to secure the machine and ensured it was delivered before our move-in date.
Without Mike’s extraordinary effort, we would have been relying on a laundromat for several weeks. His dedication, persistence, and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience.
