Les's One Better

Paid $700 dollars for a fridge from there plus delivery charge, came time for the delivery and it wasn't delivered called the next day and talked to les, he said he couldn't find any help to get it delivered and didn't have a driver. I offered my services so that my girlfriend could get her new fridge, not only did I help move the fridge but les also had me drive his delivery truck and trailer. Since day one the refrigerator leaked and do to the fiasco that we went thru just trying to get the fridge to our house, we decided it was better to not even go back or even say anything at all. We certainly do not recommend going thru les's one better for anything at all, he's just a slick talker and a hell of a salesman but not a good business man. If I could rate his business with zero stars I absolutely would.

Brought in dryer to the store to get fixed. Looked at it, told us what was wrong. We said we would pay to get it fixed bc we wanted to keep our same dryer and not buy one he already had that he wanted us to buy. Refused to fix ours even though he said it was doable and charged $168 for 1.5 hours of looking at it. ***update: had someone else come look at it bc les left everything on the inside all a apart when he gave it back. He took our belt and left one that didn’t fit. So we have to pay for a new one of that too when that wasn’t even the problem to begin with. Highly recommend using Mr. Appliance instead!!

The washing machine had not worked since day one it will twist into knots any load you put in it. The delicate cycle fills the tub up and just sits there, you have to turn the dial to drain😳 my husband had complained numerous times and got every excuse imaginable. Les’ service guy came out (finally) and finally agreed that yes this machine does not work! So my husband had to haul the washing machine back and yes I still have no washer and out $600.00. According to Les, he would not refund any money anymore (because he is 83 years old you know?🙄🙄🙄) he did agree to fix it and charge us 1/2 the cost to fix it!!! I cannot believe this guy is operating a business - I DO NOT recommend his business to anyone😖😖😖😖

We've bought a few things here and weren't disappointed. Great prices and service didn't feel pressured at all. Also, they offer delivery, house calls and before you leave they'll test the machines. They even offer to let you use their moving vehicles and dollies to save more money and time. 10/10 recommend. They've got great selection of household appliances and furniture.
