Kevan (salesman) from Grand Appliance on Washington Avenue in Racine was great to work with. It was very nice getting email the night before giving me a four hour window of when crew would be arriving and also getting an email the next day (delivery day) showing where crew was and where we were on the delivery route. The guys that delivered the stove were very nice and did good quality work. Thanks again!

Kevan was extraordinarily helpful, he thoughtfully gave feedback on our ideas, and pointed us in the direction of appliances that would be budget friendly while meeting the needs of our family. His expertise, professionalism, and down-to-earth personality made the process of choosing appliances very straightforward and stress-free. All was good when I finally got my delivery. Delivery guys should communicate better if delivery needs to be cancelled instead of sending out confirmation of delivery and then following a minute later cancelling the delivery without any explanation or without contacting with explanation . Received grill will do another review once hooked up as long as it works fine. Salesman was good and he did get back to me after the fact with the reason but it should have been explained but Freddy up front.
