It's nice to know SOMEONE is willing to help. Our dryer died on July 3rd. Since I have known for years the rep. Colder's has for customers being nothing more than a number, I was a little hesitant to go there. But we were up against it. Steve Craig met us and showed us different options. We chose a good one, fair priced, and were told it would show up Thursday. We had a little problem with the internet getting up to speed to do the credit app. After about 30 mins, we ditched that idea and we paid about half. Around this time, the app came on. Steve told us not to worry - the money would be put back in my account in a few days ... Thursday comes around. The dryer is delivered, but the delivery guys are quick to point out it's dented. It was not dented when we bought it. Thanks for being honest. The problem was, it was dented in such a way that it would have affected the performance. The delivery guys were nice enough to give us some sales director's number. She was useless and we were told she was "new" and did not know the protocol. (Ewww boy) The nice delivery guys took the piece of junk away. Meanwhile, it has been almost a week and my money was still not replaced. Colder's Main Number takes you to some center in Plover. The lady on the line was about as approachable as a rattle snake in heat. No use at all. I thought is was odd, but Colder's sales reps put their cell phone number on their card. We cannot THANK STEVE CRAIG ENOUGH. One call to Steve, and more than a little effort on his part, and I am happy to say our new, non-dented, same-price, same make, dryer was delivered. I should also mention that the two guys who delivered the new dryer this morning were also way cool and helpful. Oh, and, yes, Steve had accounting clear up the money thing. The story ends happily, I suppose, but were is not for Steve, the ending may have been different.
