Loved the service. We went to BestBuy and the person wasn’t any help. We originally purchased our kitchen appliances 8 years ago from Grand Appliance. Glad we came back. Maria Callender was great. She helped us understand our options for a new range. Maria knew the standard opening for a free standing range. Walked us through our measurements and new range to be delivered on Wednesday. I highly recommend.

I had bought from Grand Appliance years ago. So when shopping for a new refrigerator, I chose them again. So much better than a big box store. Would recommend. The delivery team stepped up to the challenge when the baseboard trim had to be removed. It was a tight fit but they made it work.

Great experience! Super easy to go to store, pick out microwave I needed and schedule delivery. Delivery and install guys were very nice and in and out so quickly! They removed my old microwave and recycled it and installed new one! Will be going back for other appliances in the future!
