We bought a new high end induction oven and range from Arctic Appliance. They negotiated pricing with us to ensure that they were competitive with other suppliers. They managed the purchase and delivery well. We considered other suppliers but recognize that the local service is very valuable and chose to support them over their competitors that do not offer local warranty service.
