I'm giving two stars because he was very nice at first. I bought a washer and dryer set about a year ago. Within a month I notice spots on my clothing. I continue to use it, I would do an extra rinse on every wash, but it only got worse. He came and switched out my washing machine, which was extremely nice, but he gave me one that was 10 times worse. The amount of Gunk and funk within the washing machine destroyed $400 in expensive sheets and a lot of clothing. He does not clean the washing machines before selling them. Knowing that they're coming from other people who use them for what 10 years. Nastiness builds up within these washing machines and the whole thing has to be taken apart to be cleaned he doesn't do that. So I spent $650 and in less than a year I have to buy a new washing machine. I've lost more money in clothing and sheets than I paid for this set. He told me he was going to come back and help me clean it and I offered to pay him. He just ghosted me. When he came to switch out the washer I offered to pay him and he refused to take the money. Now that was very nice of him but I think he knew he was giving me one that was a lot worse because why else ghost me. He knew he was giving me one that was older and worse. So if you're going to buy a washing machine from this guy, I would definitely ask him to clean it first but I would make sure you see it with your own two eyes. Otherwise, you are risking destroying most of the things you put in that washing machine. It's sad that I have to do this review because he was so nice but now I know that he was just deceiving and lying. To pay someone to have this washing machine cleaned, is more than I paid for the machine. $370 without tax to have it cleaned, So thank you for putting on your act of niceness and then screwing me over in the worst way. I'll be putting a review up on Facebook also. I feel like I should put a new review up every week to make sure as many people as possible see this.
