Nonn's Appliances

We purchased all of our appliances through NONN’S as part building a new home by Tim O’Brien Homes. We are having trouble with the washing machine that is about 3 years old. I called NONN’S Service department and left a message for a call back over a week ago. After no response I called and left a second message a few days later. Noresponse from that call either. I then went online and filled a service request. Got an AI response. Nothing.from a living person. Be careful about purchasing from this company. Great sales and no service

We worked with Nonn’s on a large home project involving flooring, tile, and appliances. When service issues arose, the experience was far below what we expected from a company handling a project of this scope. Our range broke immediately and was unusable for weeks. We also had a separate dishwasher issue that required months of follow-up before ultimately failing and needing faulty parts replaced. Communication throughout the process was slow, inconsistent, and often required repeated effort from us just to receive basic updates. Although repairs were eventually completed and a partial credit was issued, Nonn’s declined to provide any further accommodation despite the prolonged disruption and clear service breakdowns. The response from leadership made it clear that customer experience was not a priority once problems occurred. We made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this privately. Based on how these issues were handled, we would not choose to work with Nonn’s again and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before committing to a significant project.

There was a nice selection, but the price was much higher than the other options in town for the same brands. Also the women we worked with for appliances wasn’t very helpful. Talked super fast and didn’t answer the questions we asked. Rather told us what to get vs. helping us through the process. This isn’t my first time buying appliances!
