I've been purchasing my appliances from Brother Main Appliance for the last 10 years. They are always extremely helpful. They've gone out of their way to find the exact colors I've wanted. Their delivery men have been amazing. I will always recommend Brothers Main to anyone looking for appliances at amazing prices.

Our washing machine died and we needed a new one, and we needed a replacement. We were told that we should get a Speed Queen. They are commercial grade and last for 25 years. I looked up who sold Speed Queens and The Brother Main came up. I called them and asked if I could order it over the phone and pick it up the same day, they said yes. When I picked it up from their warehouse I asked if I could borrow an appliance dolley and they said yes! I installed it myself and WOWSERS IT IS AN AWESOME MACHINE!!! We returned the dolley next day! The Brothers Main was outstanding to work with and they sell high quality appliances! Don’t mess around, call them today!!!

We purchased a fridge, a floor model, that we carefully looked over for damage before purchasing. The fridge came with damage to the exterior wall and near the condenser. Both the delivery drivers and employees at the store acted concerned and insisted they would help make it right, but neither of them followed up. I would recommend looking elsewhere for large purchases.

Thank you to Jon W., for helping us find and order just the right size and color refrigerator! Thank you to Terrence and Luke who so expertly and efficiently delivered it and removed our old refrigerator today! They removed a door to the kitchen to fit the refrigerators through, and put the door back on with no problem. We appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of all three gentlemen!

We love working with Devon Beasley at Brother’s Main in Madison! He is super professional, caring, and really provides excellent customer service! First, we bought our beautiful convection/air fry oven from him, and then the next week we went back and bought a matching microwave , all GE stainless steel products! We needed our oven before our big Easter family gathering and he was excellent and providing the service that was needed! We will be back to get our dishwasher next, and we will definitely ask specifically for Devon! He’s the go to guy!! Thanks Devon for being that trustworthy man that we were looking for!
