So helpful!!! Rachel and Michael were so knowledgeable . I called ahead and Rachel found out what i needed ( washer and dryer for a specific size) and took me right to the choices. Michael finished helping me and gave me great advice. The selection in the store was so large and prices were very very competitive. I will definitely be back!! Couldn’t recommend them more highly !

Happy with my new Speed Queen washer and dryer. Karen was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was considering also purchasing a recliner. I didn't at this time however the gentleman in the showroom did a good job of answering my questions and very nice to work with. As far as the delivery and setup, the delivery drivers were very polite and the driver that set up the washer and dryer did a very good job. I would definitely make a purchase from Van vrede's again

My washer was beyond repair. Went into Van Vreede’s knowing I needed a washer soon. Already without washer for a week, when I found out it would be better to buy new than to repair control panel for $900. Rachel Gajewski was amazing. I was in a panic and needed one as soon as possible. Rachel managed to squeeze me in for delivery within the week. They were actually booked into the week after. She was courteous, professional, and went above & beyond. I’ll be back for future needs.

We moved to the Green Bay area about 2 years ago. We needed new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and some furniture. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. Their selection was good and their sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery and install was good also and prompt. However, their service after the sale is terrible. About 2 and a half weeks ago our dryer quit putting out heat (LG upright not even 2 years old yet). We paid $179.95 for an extended 5 year warrant. When I called the Green Bay store, I was told I had to call the Appleton center. Then when I called the Appleton center, they told me I had to call some place called EPIC. EPIC said the earliest they could have someone come out to service it would be in over two weeks. In the meantime we are going to the laundry mat to dry our clothes ( A real PITA). So when the guy did show up last Monday (01/26, today is Sat, 01/31) he said it was the thermostat and he didn't have one and would have to order it and when it comes in he'll get us back on the schedule. So now it is going on 3 weeks and Monday we'll have to run to the laundry mat again. Very Poor service!
