I had no issue with the repair technician, but I was very disappointed with the customer service when I called the office. I missed the technician by about 3 minutes because I was changing my baby’s diaper. I saw movement on my Ring camera, went downstairs to answer the door, but didn’t see a company van, so I assumed the technician had already left. When I called to ask if he could come back, the representative was very rushed and came across as condescending. Instead of listening to what happened, she interrupted me, spoke to someone else while I was on the phone, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. A little patience and professionalism would have gone a long way, especially since I was simply trying to explain a misunderstanding. Thankfully, the technician did arrive he just parked out of view from the window but he did appear on my ring which is why I was confused if he left. He’s still here working on my dryer but I’m leaving this review just for the poor phone all I had. Will not be returning to this company as it is unfortunately unprofessional in communication skills.
