Called to let us know the item had arrived and set up a delivery date. Someone called to notify us they were 20 minutes away, on date of delivery. They took the item to the basement, and were careful going down the stairs and not to bang the item on the walls. Gave some instructions before leaving asked if I had any questions. Very good experience! I would recommend to family and friends.
