The gal that called for my delivery set up was so nice and amazing with her customer service as well. Carlos was our delivery man and he was so professional throughout. He was so knowledgeable about what he was doing Carlos is amazing at making sure he was so careful bringing in the machines and watching corners and floors. Y'all are amazing 😍 thank you

I recently purchased a Bosch refrigerator from Weirs and had an outstanding experience. I have purchased several appliances from Weirs and have always received amazing customer service, support and professionalism. I have compared prices and almost always Weirs is as low as, if not lower than the competition, even including Costco, however, the service is so much better. In addition, the delivery and install is unequaled in my experience. Most recently, Derek and Miles delivered and installed my refrigerator and not only did they do a fantastic job, their attention to detail and concern for my well being was outstanding. They removed all the debris and were very careful not to cause any damage to my home. They also spent a lot of time going over the new refrigerator and answering all my questions. Never felt rushed. All told an outstanding transaction.

Carlos and Derek showed up and 100% Showed that they know what they are doing! They came early, called before arrival, were super friendly and willing to help with any questions I had!
