Washing machine was leaking. He called ahead to make sure he could arrive early. Was fixed in 30 mins, showed me what the problem was. It has been 5 months and things are still working great. He also fixed a small problem with my dryer house, no charge.

He made a recommendation for improved airflow and system performance that need to be done and which was definitely needed. He was honest and did not try to oversell services.

Called Rob's because our washing machine wasn't draining. We have a front loader and many repair services won't touch them so I was relieved when he said he could come by the next morning. He arrived promptly and an hour and a half later our washing machine was working again! Cost was minimal....the trip fee is included in any repair costs instead of charging it on top like other places do and pricing is more than fair. And I'm not sure what magic he did to our washer....not only is it draining perfectly now but it's cleaning clothes better and is much quieter than before! Top notch, highly highly recommend.
