Terrible experience and customer service. We had a bed scheduled to be delivered 5/12 between 12:30 and 4:30. I took time off work for the delivery. I was supposed to receive a call a half hour before the delivery. I did not receive a call. At 3:00 I was notified that the delivery was cancelled because I was not home. I was home by 12:15. I checked the tracking number and they had cancelled the delivery at 12:03 BEFORE my delivery window. They refused to return and deliver the bed. I was then told it would be delivered on 5/15. I took the day off work. I called to found out what the delivery window was because they did not send confirmation. I was then told that the bed would not be delivered until 5/26. I would not use this company.
