Broadview Appliance came through again when we needed a new washer. Very competitive prices, even when I price checked a local big box with a veteran discount! No waiting for shipping, they had a washer in our budget and was delivered and installed the next day! Shane you are a stellar Salesperson! Couldn't ask for better quality and service!

Our microwave died on us and we bought a new one from Broadview Appliance! These guys are our 'go to' for appliances. I paid for install and they were quick and efficient. After the install, we checked out our new unit and found the low speed fan sounding like it is hung up on something. Being the two of us were technicians in the Navy, a sound like that is a serious warning! So, we called them. The next day, Jeff was out to troubleshoot. We played around and that fan made the noise. HE HEARD US. He didn't just dismiss us with some explanation and he heard our concern and understood where we were coming from! So, Jeff went back and did some research for us. It turns out that low speed does make that noise! We don't like it. Our training tells us different so we'll avoid it and used the higher speed. The engineers could use to do something about that noise. Apparently, we aren't the only ones who feel that way about the sound. What I love about these guys is that THEY TAKE THE TIME to answer our questions and address our concerns!!! Dismissal is the worst form of business practice and that happens all the time! Hi Devin and Phil. It's Beth and Merritt Clifton in Greenbank. Thank you so much for all the effort you put into getting this front loader right. We wanted to give it some time to be sure. While it still thumps and grinds to a much lesser degree, Phil did a wonderful Job replacing everything in it. We're satisfied that it's way better. Phil you're awesome and Devin thank you for standing behind your appliances that you sell and coming through for us to repair our laundry hallway. This is the best appliance company I have ever worked with. They are nice and professional and very competent. Josiah and Chris came to our townhome in the afternoon and took out an old washer/dryer stackable set. Then they installed a new one. They had to do this by lugging the old set down two flights of stairs and bringing the new one up two flights. The entire time, they were courteous and friendly. I don't think I would have been that nice under the circumstances. What a great company. Thank you Josiah, Chris, and Broadview for being so professional.
