Albert Lee Appliance

WARNING : Horrible after-sales demeanor and completely useless installation service. Albert Lee’s delivery team came to install my dishwasher, took one quick look at the opening, said the new dishwasher would not fit, and left within two minutes. They did not properly measure the space, remove the existing dishwasher, inspect the connections, or make any serious attempt to understand what adjustment was needed. They charge $299 for installation, but apparently that only applies when the dishwasher can be slid into a perfectly cookie-cutter opening with zero effort. Most homes, especially older ones, may need minor leveling, trim, toe-kick, plumbing, or cabinet adjustments. That is exactly why customers pay for professional installation. The attitude after the sale was dismissive and unhelpful. Once they had made the sale, there seemed to be no interest in actually solving the problem. I would not recommend Albert Lee to anyone. **EDIT:** I ended up getting a standard-size Bosch 800 dishwasher installed by Frederick’s Appliance Center in Redmond for $150. They installed it perfectly. Yes, it took about 1.5 hours, but the important part is that they actually took the time to figure it out instead of looking at the existing dishwasher for two minutes, declaring that the new one wouldn’t fit, and leaving. So, if you’re buying an appliance that needs to be retrofitted into an existing kitchen, I would not recommend this store. In my experience, you may end up wasting both your time and energy on something that a competent installer can actually solve. I’d also recommend checking reviews across multiple platforms rather than relying only on Google. Yelp and other review sites gave me a much more mixed picture of this appliance store, which was closer to my own experience.

This is our second time of purchasing appliances from Albert Lee in Lynnwood. Based on how smooth it was when we bought washer and dryer a few years ago, we went straight to their showroom, purchased the fridge with helpful guidance from Mike, and had it installed within 48 hours. Ash, the installation tech, arrived on time and was extremely professional in navigating a challenge with the space and layout in our kitchen. Very grateful of his skills and experience which made the installation successful. We're happy that getting a new fridge was quite seamless with zero stress, thanks to Albert Lee.

This was our first experience with Albert Lee Appliance. Out of habit, we started our Saturday at our neighborhood Lowe’s. We were immediately struck by how little the appliance salesperson knew about the actual appliances. Despite that, we still purchased the replacement refrigerator there because it seemed like an OK price and they could deliver and install the next day. But we decided to swing by Albert Lee in Lynnwood on the way home just to double check, and we are so thankful we did. We were greeted upon arrival and were quickly assigned a sales associate. Jean was so knowledgeable about the appliances, which allowed us to tailor our selection to include features we did not know were available. We purchased a better refrigerator for $500 less, even after adding a 5-year protection plan. Jean made a few calls, and before we left the store, we had same day delivery and installation scheduled. Once home, we were contacted by the delivery driver who confirmed our time, and in short order 2 nice fellows showed up at our door. They were so very careful and professional during move in, set-up, move out, which really showed they cared about our home. Finally, their in-depth knowledge of the product was welcomed as they answered all our questions before leaving. Again, this was our first time experience with Albert Lee Appliance, but it will definitely not be our last.

We should have started with Albert Lee from the beginning. We were on the hunt for double ovens. Knowing nothing and researching online we stopped by several appliance stores including Albert Lee in Lynnwood. We were greeted by sales associate Jeremy Tatom (very knowledgeable and friendly). Jeremy gave us the information we needed. However we were shopping with a toddler and needed to go. The price for the double oven we wanted were quoted the same price on Lowe’s.com. I must admit I was going for the easy option and purchased through Lowe’s. Everything seemed normal with Lowe’s except a few days before delivery they told me, unfortunately Lowe’s does not support Apple Pay (which was an option on their website), Lowe’s told me I needed to cancel and reorder. I could not just modify payment. Lowe’s could not give an estimated delivery date until I re-ordered. I decided to cancel with Lowe’s and call Jeremy. The process was seamless and I had the double ovens delivered 4 days later. The delivery crew was fantastic and took my old ovens away. Easy = right in my world and I’m very happy with Albert Lee service.

I purchased a new refrigerator from Albert Lee Appliance. The delivery went really smooth. Jacob and his partner did a fantastic job. They were quick & answered any questions I asked. Took all the garbage with them & Jacob's partner put my heavy front door back on the hinges for me, which I struggled taking off before they arrived. From day of purchase to installation everything went smooth. I recommend buying your appliances from Albert Lee Appliance.
