The team was easy to work with. Our new washer and dryer came in on time and delivery/install installation was smooth. We got the speed queen brand and it did take a couple of washes before the new rubbery smell came out of the machine. But it’s very quick efficient and quiet.

I would not buy an appliance anywhere else. I am one star short of a perfect rating only because there was a delay in the arrival of my wine refrigerator. Obviously that is not urgent and only a minor inconvenience. Staff at the store are always knowledgeable and very friendly.

I had a somewhat different situation. I was still living in WY and my son was remodeling a home he owns for me. I would need all appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. He told m e to call Fred's Appliances. The salesman I worked with was nice but didn't seem very enthused and not very informative about delivery and installation. I had to call back a few times for information. I ordered everything except the microwave because I was not sure if it would fit above the stove. He said he would have J & J plumbing go to the house and measure. That would be a $45.00 change. I told him to J & J call me so that I could pay for his charges. That wasn't done and my son had to pay him $50.00. The microwave is wanted wouldn't fit. I was not asked or shown any options for another microwave. I was told that the dishwasher was not in stock and would be a special order. He didn't know when it would arrive. I beginning to think that I should have ordered from another store. About a week later I called for the status on the dishwasher. I was told that it there. I was not called when it arrived. It was getting close for us to be in WA. So I told that my son would pick it up that weekend. Memorial day weekend. My son couldn't make it there until Sunday. I was never told that Sunday's could not be a pick up day. My son said that the parking lot was empty and no customers in the store. Just 3 guys with one watching TV. He was told that no one was in the warehouse, so it could not be picked up. I called them and the guy I talked to was very rude. Telling me, "it's SUNDAY MAM." So my husband and I picked up the dishwasher yesterday 6/3. When we got it home, there was water all over my 4, Runner. So I called to ask if that was normal. I was a little worried. The guy seemed annoyed. I bought my microwave at Home Depot. If I ever need any appliance, I won't go to Freds

Very pleased with how quickly Fred's could schedule a technician to come out. Received several messages so I knew exactly when Alberto would arrive. Alberto assessed the problem and after some testing to make sure what the problem was, recommended a solution. Since it was a pretty easy fix, Alberto gave me the part number which I ordered from Amazon. Alberto explained how to install the part myself - saving having to pay for him to come back and install it himself. Part arrived, took out old part, installed new part (two-minute fix) and problem was solved.

I purchased all new appliances for my house over 5 years ago along with the 5 year extended warranty from Bang. I did not have to use the extended warranty so I received a store credit. My old Kenmore Garage fridge failed after 25 years so I called Bang to buy a replacement. He was off for a few days so I called the next day he worked to place my order. He took good care of me as he did on the first order. I did miss out on the previous sale waiting to order from Bang but was glad to give him the sale. I recommend Fred’s Appliance and Bang for your next purchase and the 5 year extended warranty is worth it!
