I was happy with the purchase at first, but after getting my refrigerator and washer/dryer home, the freezer and washer both had issues. It took a week for them to pick everything up and another week to bring it back. Despite being under the store's 60-day warranty, I was charged for a part they said I damaged, which I did not. I expected much better customer service.

Great service, and wonderful customer service! Everything was delivered same day and I was given no issues when I needed to exchange my washer. Go here, save money, and save the environment from these appliances going to the landfill! It’s a win win! Service tech is a badass woman and salesman is very knowledgeable which gives the place even more points from me!

I went to this place to buy a used fridge and stove. The fridge is missing parts and the oven was never cleaned out. I wouldn’t recommend going there.they make promises and Tony never comes thru. They sold me a broken freezer and won’t replace it. I would never recommend someone go here at all
