I brought in a vacuum cleaner from my academy that was completely choked and not picking up any dirt at all. Eric, the lead technician, helped me out and was fantastic from start to finish. He told me not to worry, and while he initially quoted three days for the repair, he offered to take a quick look right away first. He ended up clearing the blockage in just ten to fifteen minutes, and didn't charge me a thing.
