I love my new stove the delivery was perfect. The stove arrived when it was supposed to. One hiccup I had was that they couldn't wire my stove in. When purchasing the stove, I should've let them know that my old stove was hardwired in there is no plug in. Now there is but there wasn't. This is the second appliance purchased here, and I am very happy with the whole process.

I had a great experience with Fred's appliance. Adam Bulow was very patient, for it took me time to make a decision on what I wanted. I would definitely go back there again for an appliance. The only thing I wish they had was there own installation department with certified technicians. Thanks for all your help Adam I will talk to you in the future.

The team was easy to work with. Our new washer and dryer came in on time and delivery/install installation was smooth. We got the speed queen brand and it did take a couple of washes before the new rubbery smell came out of the machine. But it’s very quick efficient and quiet.

I would not buy an appliance anywhere else. I am one star short of a perfect rating only because there was a delay in the arrival of my wine refrigerator. Obviously that is not urgent and only a minor inconvenience. Staff at the store are always knowledgeable and very friendly.

Very pleased with how quickly Fred's could schedule a technician to come out. Received several messages so I knew exactly when Alberto would arrive. Alberto assessed the problem and after some testing to make sure what the problem was, recommended a solution. Since it was a pretty easy fix, Alberto gave me the part number which I ordered from Amazon. Alberto explained how to install the part myself - saving having to pay for him to come back and install it himself. Part arrived, took out old part, installed new part (two-minute fix) and problem was solved.
