The owner (Doug) should be cloned many times so he can run other businesses. Im convinced if that happened it would fix a lot of issues in this country. He was very accommodating in our search for an affordable and reliable dryer, was wonderful to my family, connected with me as a human being, and gave us a great deal. Also, his employee (forgive me I don't remember his name) was super helpful getting it loaded. I read the reviews and traveled over an hour, I am ecstatic that there are still honest people running great small businesses. Thanks Doug!
