Spichers Appliance

Best experience hands down that I've had buying an appliance. From buying to delivery. Sales man Ricky was awesome and patients even though he had a line of people waiting for him. I didnt catch the delivery guys names, but they were quick, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate their hard work in this horrid heat! They deserve a raise for their professionalism and kindness. Oh and ive also never had a delivery come on time before Spichers. In fact they came early! Just a very happy and satisfied customer. Next appliance purchase will be with Spichers! I havent had to call for any repairs with the warranty I purchased as I just got the appliances today, but I dont think people leaving 1 star reviews realize that almost all, if not all, stores go through a 3rd party warranty service. Good luck finding one that does in house repairs. Everyone expects repairs immediately these days. I understand its frustrating to wait and way inconvenient, but Im sure they do the best they can. They dont want to lose the business or have bad reviews. They are a small business as well. Its not like they have a staff of hundreds that can come out immediately. I just feel like some should be more patient and think about things before leaving terrible reviews or at least give a few stars if the entire experience wasnt all terrible. Had to throw my 2 cents in because Im over the moon with Spichers so far. Like I said, best experience Ive had after getting appliances from Sears, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc over my lifetime.

When I went in to order my washing machine, the sales rep was very knowledgeable. Did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. The whole transaction was quick and painless. Price was great and delivery went well. They came during the allotted time they advised they were in and out quickly, very friendly very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Doug and Nathan from Spichers (Winchester) recently delivered and installed a dryer in our home. They did an OUTSTANDING job under challenging circumstances. They were courteous, competent, extremely capable, and professional. They had to work in a tight area, and had to make a number of adjustments such as properly aligning the side vent from the dryer to the outside of the house. They refused to accept results that may have led to later issues, and did not stop until all aspects of the installation were excellent. I highly recommend Spichers and especially this team.

This is the third appliance we have purchased from Spichers. Their sales staff has been professional throughout. They have been able to answer all our questions without needing to go find someone else. The delivery team was just as professional as their sales staff. They were on time and ran a test to make sure the washer was functioning before they left. This was much better than dealing with a big box store.
